Online Appointment System of the Visa Service Centre for
the Royal Dutch Embassy in Moscow

IMPORTANT REMARKS:

• You have chosen to apply for a Schengen visa at the Visa Service Centre in Moscow. After you have booked an appointment you can apply your appointment day at Timura Frunze str., building 11, block 7 ,  119034, Moscow.
• For homogeneous groups (non tourist) exist possiblities to hand in applications at the centre by a representative of the group. Please, read the conditions.

To make your visa appointment online, please follow the following simple procedure:

• Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
• Click the preferred month.
• Click the preferred day and time.
• Fill out the registration form and click submit.
• Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your appointment. Click this link within 6 hours, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.

Please note:

• Be advised that the Visa Service Centre has instructions from the Embassy not to accept files that do not have all requested documents as stated in the email you will receive confirming your appointment. So, complete your file before attending your appointment.
• To change or cancel an appointment, please call the Visa Service Centre on weekdays between 09:00-16:00 on the following number:

• To book an appointment for a group please apply for  it (in english) by email: mos-date@minbuza.nl. This appointment must be made at least two weeks before the intended date of handing in the applications.
• You can make only one appointment for the same trip.
• The validity of your passport must exceed three months after the end of your planned trip, otherwise you can’t make an appointment (also not by phone).
• Your confirmation e-mail has a link to our website, where you can find all specific requirements for your visa type and the important details.
